Known limitations

  • Windows 10 and 11 only. Installing shows "Windows protected your PC": choose More info, then Run anyway — this release is not yet signed.
  • Solving, editing and exporting work on this computer without an account or internet. The agent needs an internet connection and a signed-in account with an active plan.
  • The agent uses your plan's AI allowance, which has a daily limit and a monthly one; a trial's second limit covers the whole trial and doesn't reset during it. When a limit runs out, the agent pauses until it resets. Your model and the changes you accepted are kept, and solving, editing and exporting continue.
  • A workbook is a handoff: changes made in Excel never flow back into the model.
  • Not yet: importing from Excel or CSV, charts, team accounts, Mac.
  • A graph above the charted limit is drawn in full and may not stay fluid.

SmartScreen steps

Windows will show "Windows protected your PC" because this release is not yet signed. Click More info, then Run anyway. The publisher line reads "Unknown publisher" until our certificate is issued. The download page shows the installer's SHA256 so you can verify the file.
